What is Charles Legend?
Charles Legend is a champagne producer in France. We are long term friends and proud to sell their products in Hong Kong. For more information, please visit Charles Legend website here.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
No, to reduce cost we solely sell online on this website. You can see all our available products at the best price on our shop page.
Can you deliver to Outlying Islands?
We don’t deliver to Outlying Islands at the exception of Tung Chung area and Discovery Bay at an extra cost. (see our Terms and Conditions for details). Please contact us directly to discuss alternative solutions for your special requests. We will try our best to find a way to help you get your hands on our delicious Champagne and wine!
Why the extra fee for Tung Chung & Discovery Bay?
We have a free delivery policy for the entire Hong Kong territory (above $1,600). However for logistical reasons, it is more difficult to serve customers based in Tung Chung and Discovery Bay area. Our delivery partner can deliver those areas at a cost, which we directly inject into your total. We do not profit on this extra charge.
How can I get Express delivery?
On top of our normal weekly delivery option, we provide an express delivery service at $50 extra. Simply select you desired shipping method during the checkout process, before processing your payment. The fee will be directly included in your order total. Do you do bulk orders?
The minimum order on our website is 1 box (of 6 bottles). You can order as many boxes as you wish. If you would like to discuss large orders for your restaurant or bar, please get in touch with us directly by email or via the contact form.
Can I get my champagne for my Junk Boat Party?
Yes Champagne on a boat is the ultimate experience. We can deliver your order to Pier 10 in Central. To arrange this, please contact us directly by email or via the contact form. We will discuss this with you and process the order manually.
My champagne seems to be corked, what to do?
Champagne is a product made using natural ingredients. The bottling follows a rigorous process at Charles Legends vineyard, and all bottles use a natural cork cap. In some rare case, it is possible that a bottle oxidizes leaving a cork taste. This does not mean it affects every bottles in your purchase batch. Please contact us directly by email or via the contact form to discuss alternative solutions to fix this issue.
I don't have a Paypal account, what to do?
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay for your orders. When you are directed to Paypal at checkout, you can use any major credit cards to pay.
We use Paypal to guaranty you safe and secure payment online. It enables us to not store your payment details on our website adding extra security to protect you. Paypal is the leader in online payment and you can be sure nothing wrong can possibly happen, you are covered. (more information on Paypal website)
Do you accept Bank Transfers, Cheques, or Cash?
Sorry we only accept credit card payments via Paypal secure payment platform. We do not accept any other method of payment at the moment. Also we do not accept cash on delivery, please do not give cash to the delivery driver, and remember you will never be asked to pay anything upon delivery.
Can I modify my order after it is confirmed?
Sorry once you have committed to your order and processed payment, your order cannot be modified. Please make sure your order is as expected before confirming. You can contact us by email or via the contact form to discuss possible arrangements with us.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?

What happens if I am not there to receive the delivery?
Our delivery partner will contact our customers a day in advance prior to the scheduled delivery date. The delivery person will also contact our customer 1 hour prior to delivery to make sure you are there. You can discuss your preferred time with the delivery company and they will try their best to match your request. In case you are not present, and you did not inform us of any special arrangement for delivery, we will keep your order for the next delivery round. The delivery company will inform you of the next round.
Can I order for a friend and send it as a gift?
Sorry, we do not do gift wrapping nor gift cards at the moment. If you want to order and pay for someone, you can do so by informing a different delivery address from your billing address. However please note the delivery company will contact you as you are the buyer. Best is to make sure your friend is available for delivery and inform us on his contact details on the “Special delivery note” on the checkout page.
How do I log into my account?
An account is automatically created upon your first purchase on the site. In order to log into your account next time you can choose “log in” on the Check Out Page. Your initial password was automatically generated, you will need to request a new password using the “Lost Password” process. My invoice address needs to be changed.
When you place your order, at the check out page, you will be given the option to fill your Billing address as well as a different Shipping address if necessary. The billing address is used on your invoice. If you need to issue an invoice with a different address as the one given, please contact us directly by email or via the contact form and we will help you do this from our end.
