Brut Royal Magnum by Charles Legend is Well-balanced, Rich, Aromatic & Clean. A brilliant yellow colour and golden hues.

The subtle and fruity nose is aroused by flavours of fresh white peach, apple, lilac flower and dry fruits such as hazelnuts and almonds followed by delicate liquorice aromas.

The palate reveals a structured wine displaying both gently freshness and enduring length, with a rich expression of ripe white fruits.

Undoubtedly a wine for the table, it goes well with goat’s cheese Gougères, Foie Gras and Ceps pies.It may also be served with refined mains such as duck breast with apples.

Pruning System: in Chablis (Chardonnay) and in Guyot (Pinot Noir) at the beginning of March.
